Welcome to our lecture in Energy Law!

 

The lecture will focus on the regulation of offshore wind in Norwegian law, interspersed with relevant analyzes from EU regulations, as well as considerations of private law. We will cover both generation and transmission of renewable energy offshore.

 

The lecture is for law students taking JUS 1412 and JUS5412.
