Senior Associate

Sunniva Lerum Hollekve primarily assists property developers, property owners, contractors and builders. Sunniva’s expertise includes both commercial and residential properties. She has experience with both strategic advice and dispute resolution. She also assists with contract drafting related to the acquisition, sale and rental of properties. Sunniva has experience with transactions in real estate development projects, including rent law, property law and planning and building law issues.

Sunniva has previously been a trainee in several business law firms in Oslo, as well as a scholarship holder at Hjort. Sunniva wrote her master’s thesis about the scope of the municipality’s authority to set sequential requirements in zoning plans. She is specializes in real estate law and planning and building law.
