As a partner in our firm, Sigve Braaten works extensively with transactions, reorganisations, corporate and tax law. Additionally, Sigve has experience with start-up and growth companies, primarily within commercial real estate development and renewable energy. He is often requested for advisement in relation to disputes within these areas.

Sigve has experience within tax law for corporations and businesses. He is involved in many high stake real estate transactions.

In addition to his experience as a business lawyer, he has professional experience from the courts as a deputy judge and district court judge and the Ministry of Finance’s tax law department.
