Hjort has assisted with the establishment of TerraFlow Energy Europe, a new company that will combine TerraFlow’s battery technology with Bryte Batteries’ expertise and presence in the European market.
Hjort’s team, with Jørn A. Uggerud, Sigve Braaten and Tor-Børge Bendiksen, provided legal assistance throughout the establishment process of the Norway-based company.
