Sunniva Jacobsen Øyen specializes in employment law. She has experience in assisting both employers and employees with a wide range of employment law issues, including those in connection with dismissals, staff reductions, termination agreements, review of employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements, and a proper working environment.

Sunniva has comprehensive expertise in privacy law, and has experience with issues related to compliance and implementation of GDPR, including in working conditions, in the financial sector and in connection with marketing. She assists both Norwegian and international clients.

Sunniva has previous experience as committee secretary for the government-appointed Transparency Committee. She worked in connection with issues related to freedom of expression and privacy, the right to own images, freedom of private life, confidentiality, duty of loyalty in working conditions, as well as health and media law.
