Hanna Lien

Senior Associate

Hanna Lien primarily assists with advice and dispute resolution in family and inheritance law matters. She has expertise in financial settlements between spouses and cohabitants, estate settlements, and child law issues.

During her studies, Hanna completed a trainee program at Hjort and served as a group tutor for first-year students at the University of Oslo, Faculty of Law.

Hanna also has expertise and interest in privacy issues, particularly children’s privacy. Her master’s thesis was titled “Parents’ Digital Struggle Against Child Welfare Services: Is Children’s Privacy Adequately Protected?”
