Maria Mirijanyan

Maria Mirijanyan works in labor law and corporate governance. She assists Norwegian and international clients in cases involving termination and working hours, among other matters.

Previously, Maria worked as a caseworker at Jussbuss, where she was part of the social, labor, and welfare law group. In her work at Jussbuss, she also engaged in legal policy matters.

Maria wrote her master’s thesis titled “Minimum Requirements for the Content of Agreements on the Calculation of Average Working Hours.” The thesis examined whether and, if so, what minimum requirements are imposed on the content of agreements on average calculation under Section 10-5, first paragraph, of the Working Environment Act, and whether these requirements comply with the new Disclosure Directive.
