Silje Fredwall

Silje primarily works with legal areas related to business and the public sector. She assists both private and public entities with advice and dispute resolution within a broad range of business legal issues.

Silje has a particular interest in contract law and intellectual property rights. She wrote her master’s thesis in trademark law with the title “Whether the distinctive requirement in trademark law is practiced in the same way according to Norwegian and European registration practices and whether Norwegian registration practices comply with EU law.”
