Navina Nanthakumar

Associate

Navina Nanthakumar works with both individual and collective employment law as an Associate in our employment law practice area. She brings experience from the public sector, membership organizations, and private practice, and has assisted in matters relating to organizational change, redundancies, termination of employment, whistleblowing, workplace accommodations, the working environment, and conflict management.

Her experience spans both the employer and employee side. In the public sector, she has worked on employment law issues concerning restructuring frameworks, special agreements, HR policy measures, and whistleblowing cases. From the membership organisation sector, she has extensive experience advising members and employee representatives, as well as providing support in consultation and negotiation processes.

Navina also has solid experience in delivering employment law training and courses.

She wrote her master’s thesis on employers’ duty to investigate upon receipt of a whistleblowing report, with particular focus on when a report is considered to have been sufficiently investigated.
