Christian Skjæveland Bergsjø advises Norwegian and international companies on employment law matters, including advice on individual and collective employment law issues.

Christian holds a law degree from the University of Oslo. During his studies, he specialised in employment law, taking optional modules in individual and collective employment law.

He wrote his master’s thesis on the right to recruit colleagues and solicit customers for a competing business, focusing on the duty of loyalty and Section 25 of the Marketing Act as restrictions.
