Associate
Alexandra Weme is associated with the Real Estate and Construction Law department. She assists private and public enterprises with advisory services within construction law and related issues.
Alexandra has experience with contract negotiations, tender and bidding processes, contract management, and ongoing legal advice in large project organizations.
Previously, Alexandra worked as an associate with a special focus on contract law and contract management. She also has experience from the Norwegian Mapping Authority (Statens kartverk), where she worked with land registration and other real estate law issues.
Alexandra wrote her Master’s thesis on cross-border digital evidence gathering, entitled:
“Digital Evidence Gathering Outside Norway – An Evaluation of the Scope of Action to Obtain Digital Evidence Stored Abroad Through Coercive Measures on Norwegian Territory.”
