Advokatfirmaet Hjort is pleased to announce the promotion of Magnus Johannesen to Managing Associate within the firm's Corporate M&A / Transactions department. The promotion marks another step in the department's continued growth.

Hjort has advised Fenix Outdoor International AG on its acquisition of the remaining 35% minority stake in Devold of Norway AS. Following completion of the transaction, Fenix Outdoor owns 100% of Devold of Norway.

Along with our industry colleagues at Nixon Peabody LLP we have assisted Platinum Equity owned Solenis in the 100% acquisition of shares in Lilleborg.

We are pleased to, together with our colleagues in LARK, have assisted Fenix Outdoor International AG in their acquisition of a 65% stake in Devold of Norway AS. Devold will now become Fenix Outdoor’s number one wool brand, enhancing their already impressive portfolio.

We have had the pleasure of advising Concejo AB (publ) and its portfolio company Firenor International AS with the acquisition of Matre Maskin AS.

Hjort advised WEP International SA in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in MyEducation UK, Rejsespecialisten ApS, and MyEducation Norge AS.
