Magnus Johannesen specializes in corporate law and tax law, with a primary focus on domestic and cross-border transactions, M&A and capital markets.

Johannesen holds a Master of Laws from the University of Tromsø (UiT) and has built a strong track record at Hjort. In his new role as Managing Associate, he will take on expanded responsibility in leading transaction processes and contributing to the strategic development of the practice group.
