Tina Comoe

Senior Associate

Tina is a senior associate lawyer who primarily works in areas related to business and the public sector. She provides legal advice, dispute resolution, and handles litigation for a wide range of business legal issues for both private and public entities.

Tina has specific expertise in labor law and wrote her master’s thesis on the two-step approach of the courts in assessing whether the individual employment contract limits the employer’s management rights. In 2019, she also won the regional procedural competition organized by ELSA Oslo, which covered topics such as EEA law, real estate legal matters, and human rights.
