In collaboration with Lowenstein Sandler, our firm advised Reach Capital LLC, a US-based venture capital fund, in its role as lead investor in a NOK 48 million share issue in Curipod AS, a Norwegian edtech company.
Reach Capital LLC specializes in early-stage investments in education technology. The investment in Curipod AS, which offers an innovative online platform for interactive learning, involved addressing both Norwegian and US legal considerations.
