Sondre Havsgård Martinsen specializes in corporate law, tax and transactions for Norwegian and international companies. He works with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructurings and capital markets transactions, and provides ongoing corporate and tax advisory support throughout the deal lifecycle and in day‑to‑day business operations.

Sondre has particular expertise in business taxation and the distinction between business activities and non‑economic activities, based on his master’s thesis on the concept of “business activity” in Norwegian tax law and the requirement of profit potential.
