Emily Svendsby works as an associate for our commercial law, dispute resolution and regulatory enforcement practice areas.

Emily wrote her master’s thesis while working as a research assistant at the Department of Private Law, University of Oslo. The thesis was titled “Breaches of the Transparency Act as a ground for invalidity under section 33 of the Contracts Act.”
