Along with our industry colleagues at Nixon Peabody LLP we have assisted Platinum Equity owned Solenis in the 100% acquisition of shares in Lilleborg.

Hjort advised WEP International SA in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in MyEducation UK, Rejsespecialisten ApS, and MyEducation Norge AS.

Hjort provided legal advisory services to Sopra Steria in the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Footprint Communication AS, a consultancy firm.
