Kristin Veierød


Kristin Veierød advises clients on a broad spectre of issues related to business law, contractual obligations, regulatory matters, board- and directors' responsibilities and dispute resolution. She has extensive arbitration and litigation experience. In 2016 she headed the firm's investigation team in the so-called Panama Papers case, which was assigned to Hjort by the Board of Directors of DNB ASA. Kristin Veierød specialises in law issues related to technology, media and communication and has thorough knowledge of the e-com sector where she for a number of years has advised in complaints matters and conducted a number of principled cases before the courts. She has advised clients in a number of major IT-, communications- and technolgy projects. Veierød also has considerable knowledge about the public sector, including the research and cultural sector.
