Håvard Nybakk Vang assists both employers and employees with advice and dispute resolution across the labour law spectrum, including state employment law, administrative law and pensions. In addition, Håvard has worked extensively with public and publicly-owned enterprises, and has broad experience with the particular issues that arise for public sector enterprises.

He has litigated several cases before the district court and the Court of Appeals on various employment law issues, including termination, dismissal and cost responsibility for future regulation of pension rights.

Håvard also has experience from a number of investigative assignments. The investigation assignments have included questions about violations of the Working Environment Act’s requirements for a sound working environment, harassment in various forms, breach of confidentiality and violation of the employees’ individual rights.
