The remaining 21.05 % shares of the companies are owned by the \u00d8ygarden municipality.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction took place on December 22, 2020, and the Port of Bergen was assisted by Hjort attorneys <a href=\"https:\/\/hjort.no\/en\/menneskene\/jorn-a-uggerud\/\">J\u00f8rn A. Uggerud<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/hjort.no\/en\/menneskene\/kristin-bjella\/\">Kristin Bjella<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/hjort.no\/en\/menneskene\/mariann-andersen\/\">Mariann Andersen<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/hjort.no\/en\/menneskene\/kjersti-cecilie-jensen\/\">Kjersti Cecilie Jensen<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/hjort.no\/en\/menneskene\/pernille-edh-hasselgard\/\">Pernille Edh Hasselg\u00e5rd<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab2027 looks like the year of the final establishment. Our goal is for a gradual move to \u00c5gotnes, but we know that we cannot establish ourselves in \u00c5gotnes until the Sotra Connection (\u00abSotrasambandet\u00bb) is completed. A cargo port in \u00c5gotnes correlates well with the vision of zero emissions from the Port of Bergen.
