To further strengthen the cluster, nine working groups were created to cover the spectrum of needs relating to offshore wind.<\/p>\n<p>The NOWC named <a href=\"https:\/\/hjort.no\/en\/menneskene\/jorn-a-uggerud\/\">J\u00f8rn A.
