According to plan, the new plant is expected to be fully operational in 2027. When the plant is operational, it will have an electrolyser capacity of 240 megawatts, equal to a daily production of 600 metric tonnes of green ammonia. The plan is to significantly scale up production in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"overflow-wrap: break-word; margin: 1rem 0px 3rem; line-height: 1.5rem; font-size: 1.125rem; caret-color: #181818;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #181818;\">The project company Iverson eFuels AS is constructed by a consortium consisting of the German hydrogen firm Hy2gen, the commodity trading group Trafigura from Singapore and CIP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"overflow-wrap: break-word; margin: 1rem 0px 3rem; line-height: 1.5rem; font-size: 1.125rem; caret-color: #181818;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #181818;\">Hjort has acted for CIP as their Norwegian law firm on the transaction, and has cooperated closely with the Danish law firm Accura who as lead counsel to CIP drafted and negotiated all transaction documents relating to the conclusion of the consortium agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":7,"featured_media":12365,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[42],"tags":[469,470],"class_list":["post-12364","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-business-law","tag-cip","tag-green-ammonia"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
