Associate
Vegard Eikeland Vaboen works primarily with property, and has particular experience with planning and construction law and other property-related administrative law. Vegard also assists in other property and construction matters.
Previously, Vegard worked at The Parliamentary Ombud. There he worked with planning and construction law and other special administrative law concerning property and environmental law. In addition, he worked with publicity and supervision related to general administrative law. Towards the end of his studies he was a research assistant at the Nordic Institute for Maritime Law at the University of Oslo, where he wrote a master’s thesis on municipalities’ implementation of regulatory plans with expropriation pursuant to § 16-2 first paragraph in the Planning and Construction Act.
