Tor-Børge Bendiksen specializes in employment law and dispute resolution. Tor-Børge assists both private and public enterprises, and also private individuals.

He has extensive experience with employment law issues. He assists with legal advise, negotiation, investigations and as counsel. Tør-Børge also has comprehensive experience from reorganisation- and downscaling processes, and also assist in issues concerning breach of employee’s general duty of loyalty and competition clauses.
