Rune Mykkeltvedt assists both private and public entities within real estate practice area. He specializes in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, property development, property law, tenancy law, property rights, and general contract law.

Rune has extensive litigation experience and regularly represents clients in court. He has prior professional experience from the Parliamentary Ombudsman, as a judicial clerk, and as a research assistant at the Faculty of Law in Bergen.

He is also an expert on the right to access and a co-author of Karnov’s legal commentary on the Outdoor Recreation Act.
