Kindergartens and schools are closing – What now?
Kindergartens and schools are closing across the entire country. It may not only affect the children, students and parents, but also the operators and employees of these schools and kindergartens.
Pernille Edh Hasselgård is an attorney in Hjort’s corporate law department. She is specialized in competition law, State aid, public procurement and general EU/EEA law, as well as in telecommunications.
Hasselgård primarily works with competition law and assists in a wide range of competition law related issues, including matters of compliance with the prohibition on anti-competitive cooperation, abuse of dominance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as leniency processes and compliance. She has extensive experience with merger cases and assessments of different types of cooperation agreements. Hasselgård has been involved in several court proceedings concerning both competition rules and general EEA law, including cases submitted to the EFTA Court.
Hasselgård also assists in issues related to EU/EEA law, State aid, public procurement and telecommunications. She has advised clients in a variety of sectors and industries, including media, telecommunications, the grocery sector, the pharmaceutical industry, oil and gas, and energy market. Furthermore, she is involved in matters concerning administrative law, technology and digitalization.
