Mari Klungsøyr Kristiansen

Mari Klungsøyr Kristiansen assists public and private enterprises with advisory and dispute resolution services within a wide range of business legal issues.

Previously, Mari worked as a committee secretary for the Mineral Law Committee. Her work with the committee provided her with experience in extensive investigative and legislative work, as well as a special insight into indigenous rights.

Mari also has expertise in the field of dynamic law of property and has served as an examinator in general property law at the University of Bergen. Her master’s thesis was titled “‘Objective pro forma’ – with particular focus on creditor attachment”. The thesis was published in Jussens Venner in 2020.
