Dag Sørlie Lund

Managing Associate

Dag Sørlie Lund is a managing associate in our Industry and Trade practice area, with professional experience from the Department of Legal Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the EFTA Court, the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA).

Dag has extensive experience advising clients in EU/EEA law, in particular free movement, competition and state aid, and public procurement law, and has pleaded a number of landmark cases before the European Court of Justice and the EFTA Court. He also regularly handles cases involving the EFTA Surveillance Authority, in particular notification of state aid measures. He also has experience from assisting clients under investigation by the Norwegian Competition Authority. Additionally, he is a valued adviser for clients in complex procurement law issues, and has handled complaints cases before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, and lawsuits on damages for breaches of the procurement rules before Norwegian courts.

Dag has lived in Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg, and is fluent in Spanish and English.
