At Hjort you will find a community of capable and enthusiastic lawyers with a wide variety of occupational backgrounds and experience. Some have been lawyers more or less throughout the whole of their occupational careers, while others have worked in the public and private sectors, the courts and for the Attorney General. Unlike most other law firms, Hjort has a high proportion of women lawyers. We emphasize diversity and the forming of a personal tone suited to the individual client and assignment.

The guiding principle through our work is that priority is always given to quality and we make great demands in performance of the individual commission. In international rating reports Hjort is rated as one of the most respected law firms in Norway.
